Large Rooster Weathervane

Constructed with multiple scraps of cut-out and pieced sheet iron which are riveted together to create a beautiful form. Still retains an old mustard yellow, possibly original painted surface. Early blacksmith made and truly a one of a kind weathervane piece.

American, c. 1875, measures: 36” x 33”.
